Who we are
About the Founder
Sherrlyn Christmas – John
Sherrlyn is the founder of Rock Solid Health. Has served on staff with medical doctors for 5 years and owned her own successful practice for 17 plus years. With 1000’s of hours of counseling with diverse people around the world, Sherrlyn helps re-direct people to wholeness and qualified sources, supporting “integrative medicine.”
Her own health journey started in the early 80’s when she was told she had 3 months to live, from undiagnosed chronic illnesses since birth. Since allopathic medicine could no longer help, Sherrlyn, along with her faith turned to “alternative medicine”. Medical practices that were collectively promoted as “alternative medicine” began in the 1970s. Leading her back to college, with a focus on a Comprehensive Nutritional Degree; she now works hand in hand with doctors of like vision. Rock Solid Health is progressively growing to meet the demands of the undeserved.

Heather Lu
Heather Lu is a teacher with a master’s degree in teaching English as a Second Language. Her experience ranges from teaching overseas in China at Meishi International School to teaching ESL at a public school in Portland, Oregon.
She now tutors a group of students through Classical Conversations, homeschools her son, and teaches as part of another elementary Co-op. The love of learning combined with the desire for a thriving life have paired to make functional medicine a very important part of Heather’s journey. Her desire is to see many others engage in the wholistic journey to become the best version of themselves possible. Heather is invaluable in what she does with an unstoppable vision.
